Through the use of meditation, you will learn how to control your mind so that it doesn’t control you. A huge component of being successful is being happy, so start creating better habits today.

Simeon Ivanov is a Bulgarian former racing driver who competed in Formula Renault 2.0 and World Series by Renault before quitting at the age of 19 to go and study Business Management in the UK at Kingston University.
